About Me

Hi, I’m Imani Wright-Graham—wife, mother of three, and a passionate advocate for health, fitness, and empowerment. My journey into fitness began when I enlisted in the Army at 18, where I pushed my body to incredible heights and gained extensive medical knowledge. That experience laid the foundation for my lifelong commitment to wellness.

After transitioning out of the military, I pursued a B.S. in Rehabilitation Science and immersed myself in courses like Microbiology, Anatomy & Physiology, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, and Neuroscience. This education, combined with my NASM certifications as a Personal Trainer (CPT) and Nutrition Coach (CNC), has allowed me to transform lives through fitness and nutrition.

As a mother who has birthed and breastfed three children, I understand firsthand the challenges of postpartum recovery, core rebuilding, and regaining strength after childbirth. My personal experiences navigating nutrition—especially after my first son's dairy sensitivity—deepened my understanding of how food fuels our bodies and impacts long-term health.

I specialize in women’s fitness, particularly postpartum recovery, core restoration, and sustainable nutrition. I also recognize the unique challenges women face, including hormonal shifts, metabolic differences, childbirth recovery (both natural and C-section), breastfeeding, and the physical and mental toll of motherhood. My goal is to empower women to reclaim their strength, confidence, and overall well-being.

But my work doesn’t stop there—I also train men who are ready to take control of their health and fitness so they can thrive at every level.

If you’re looking for guidance on your fitness journey and don’t know where to start, I’m here to help. Let’s work together to build a healthier, stronger, and more confident you!
